Return and Refund Policy

Thank you joining Gryphon Athletic Club. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns We accept returns only for damaged goods. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate the return process. To be eligible for a return, the shirt must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Refunds Gryphon Athletics does not offer refunds for any reason other than damaged goods. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue a store credit or exchange for the same product. Refunds are not provided in the form of cash or original payment method.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the damaged shirt. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
